Description:

The Trim Tots programme aims to prevent obesity and promote a healthy lifestyle in parents/carers and young children aged 1-5 years.  It has been designed by a multidisciplinary team of health professionals including dietitians, paediatricians, exercise instructors and clinical psychologists to provide education and training in nutrition and lifestyle factors that will lead to the adoption of healthy dietary habits and physical activity levels.  TrimTots is designed to help parents/carers of young children develop the knowledge and skills needed to establish healthy dietary and activity patterns for the whole family.
