Number of people aged 16-64 years, Namely 16-59 for Females, 16-64 for Males

Cautionary notes:
There is quite a sizeable reduction in the liveload, due to IB being replaced with Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), and IB customers being migrated over to ESA.
