The Hampshire Joint Strategic Needs Assessment has been developed in partnership across Hampshire County Council and Hampshire PCT. It identifies the current and future health and well-being needs across the Hampshire population. It is also designed to inform the Sustainable Community Strategy, the Local Area Agreement (LAA) priority areas and commissioning strategies. As the Hampshire Joint Strategic Needs Assessment has developed we have made sure that there is a synergy between the emerging themes from the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment and the Sustainable Community Strategy, the LAA, the refresh of the Children and Young Peopleâ?Ts Plan, the PCT strategy â?~Healthy Horizonsâ?T and joint commissioning and wellbeing strategies.
