UKCIS is a web-based reporting tool, running across N3 (the NHS national network), providing users with access to cancer information for their area. The applications in UKCIS provide comparative views of the information held by the cancer registries in the UK and allow users to compare their own organisation or local geographies with other GORs, LAs, SHAs, PCTs and Cancer Networks.

Please download the form to apply for access to the UKCIS. Forms can be completed electronically but should be printed off for applicant and authorising signatures and returned to Trent Cancer Registry by post. Address details are on the second page of the form.
